Pancakes and Peacocks | Episode 29 | Kimba Bush
Kimba Bush is a creator in every sense. Musician, film maker, designer and also, in arguably his most important role, father. His music and his lyrics resonate, but his spirit and his thoughtfulness resonate on an even deeper level. There are many things I love about him, but his honesty and humbleness are definitely two of them.
We met over the airwaves, with both of us in London, as the UK hits its second big lockdown for 2020. We spoke of things like:
🥞 Faith and spirituality, and how a mindset of gratitude can set the foundation for living
🦚 The importance of finding time to do something that you love, each and every day
🥞 If you are not connecting to who you are, you don’t have space inside for other people, stepping into your pain to step into your evolution
🦚 Overcoming yourself, and the voices of doubt that hold you back from stepping into your greatness
And of course... joy ✨
Ps. Check out why I fell so in love with his Union Blak project here.
