Her work as founder of Frontline Therapist has helped over 2000 in the last three years, providing accessible and affordable psychological therapies to disadvantaged communities. As co-founder of HappiWorkers, Ngozi's work helps to increase the representation of Black women in leadership across sectors and advocates for improved mental health equality in minority communities.
