Tell me if this feels like you

You walk into certain rooms and feel yourself shrink — shoulders tighten, voice disappears, breath gets shallow. You edit your words before you speak, calculating the safest version of yourself.

You leave meetings replaying every sentence, wondering whether you said too much or not enough. You’re the person everyone leans on — the steady one, the safe one, the woman who holds the emotional weight of the room. The one who keeps everything running, on the surface calm and competent, even when something inside you is quietly collapsing.

And yet, in the moments that matter most, you find yourself hesitating.

You second-guess your instincts in senior conversations. You hold back the thing you really want to say. You work harder than everyone else and somehow feel more invisible than ever.

You’re tired in your bones from carrying everyone’s feelings. You know you’re capable of more — bigger ideas, bigger rooms, bigger choices — but something keeps you stuck.

On paper, you’re thriving. Inside, you feel small, stalled, and a little lost. Not because you lack confidence, but because you’ve been surviving systems that were never built for you.

Most women aren’t burning out because they don’t know what to do. They’re burning out because they’ve spent years putting themselves last — staying quiet to stay safe, performing “professional”, smoothing edges and shrinking themselves to survive rooms that were never designed for their full humanity.

It’s exhausting to hold everything together while hiding parts of yourself just to feel like you belong.

And then, when they’re already carrying the weight of everyone else, they’re told the problem is them. “Be more confident. Speak up more. Don’t be so emotional.” As if the answer is to try harder at being someone else. But the truth is you don’t need fixing — you need a space where it’s safe enough to show up as who you are. Because confidence isn’t the starting point. Internal safety is.

When your body feels safe, your voice returns. Your boundaries hold. Your career moves become possible.

“Ruth has empowered me to fully embrace who I am as a leader—quirky, passionate and unapologetically myself.

Ruth’s coaching has helped me step confidently into my light, balancing strength and softness as a woman of color in leadership. Her guidance through tough decisions and self-doubt, combined with her expertise as a former VP and CPO in tech, has been invaluable. She integrates rational, emotional, and somatic practices in a way that truly resonates, and through Bloom, she has connected me with an incredible community of women.

“Ruth creates a space where women feel deeply understood, seen, and respected — a space where it becomes impossible to keep playing small.

Through her guidance, I learned to stay open, speak honestly, and advocate for myself in rooms where I would previously have silenced my voice. Her blend of warmth, candour, and practical wisdom reshaped how I see my own power, and the community she curates reflects that same depth and integrity.

“Ruth helped me quiet the inner voice that questioned and doubted me more than I’d like to admit. Through Women Who Lead, I developed a much stronger sense of who I am and the value I bring — not just as a leader, but as a human.

For the first time in my life, I gave myself permission to recognise my own achievements without minimising them. What I gained went far beyond expectation: a deep-rooted, steady confidence that isn’t performative or loud, but calm, earned, and lasting.

“Women Who Lead helped me see how some of the ways I’d adapted to survive — like being overly eager to please — were no longer serving me. That awareness alone was transformative.

Partway through the program, I stepped into a new role, and it felt like more than coincidence. The work helped me navigate a significant career milestone with clarity and self-trust, and to have difficult but positive conversations without shrinking or second-guessing myself.

Amber Fraser, landed a new role as Head of People

03 | The solution

Imagine twelve weeks from now

You walk into a room that once terrified you. Your shoulders soften. Your jaw unclenches. You say what needs to be said — clearly, calmly, without apology. You leave the meeting without spiralling. You no longer abandon yourself to belong.

You have clarity. You have boundaries. You have a plan.
You trust yourself again.

Instead of waiting to be chosen, you are choosing yourself.

I want this

Everything inside Women Who Lead is built on three core pillars that create real, lasting transformation

1

Sisterhood

Sisterhood is the heartbeat of Women Who Lead. You are held by me as your guide and by a small circle of women walking the same path — a space where you are witnessed, not judged; supported, not compared; celebrated, not scrutinised.

2

Cyclicality

Women are cyclical beings — physically, emotionally, energetically. We honour that truth as the foundation of powerful leadership. You learn to lead in alignment with your own rhythm, not the grind, force, or performance culture you were taught to survive.

3

Strategy

And alongside the inner work, you receive tangible tools, real frameworks, and proven leadership strategies that move your career forward. This isn’t abstract theory. It’s practical, grounded, applicable change.

This is a high-touch program designed to change how you feel in your body, how you lead, and what becomes possible in your career.

It is support, strategy, and transformation — held in real community — so you don’t have to do this alone anymore.

Most women recoup their investment many times over through pay rises, promotions, and roles aligned with who they are. But the deeper return is this:

You get your voice back.
You get your power back.
You get your future back.

05 | Meet the Creator

Hi, I’m Ruth — former Chief People Officer turned leadership coach and founder of Women Who Lead.

I spent years in boardrooms shaping culture and building leadership inside high-growth companies — and I spent twelve years in an abusive marriage. Two parallel realities: one where I looked powerful, and one where I was slowly disappearing.

The turning point was learning to say no — to abuse in my marriage, and to the quieter versions of the same dynamics that play out in workplaces every day. The gaslighting. The silencing. The pressure to shrink to stay safe.

Rebuilding myself from the inside out taught me the difference between performing leadership and living it — from sovereignty, truth, and internal safety.

Everything I teach comes from lived experience, somatic healing, and real corporate leadership — not theory.

I built Women Who Lead so women don’t have to rise alone — and so no woman has to choose between her success and her self.

I am a Woman Who Leads

This is the moment you choose yourself

You might be asking yourself: Can I justify this? Am I really ready? What if I don’t follow through? But the truth is — you’ve already been paying a far higher cost: the quiet anxiety before big meetings, the silence when you wanted to speak, the exhaustion from carrying everything, the opportunities that slipped away because you doubted yourself. Choosing yourself is always a little terrifying. It stretches you. It asks something of you. But that’s also how every powerful chapter begins — with one brave yes.

Women Who Lead blends somatic grounding, identity evolution, and practical leadership strategy — so change happens from the inside out and it sticks. You’ll grow inside a tiny, high-trust cohort where you’re seen, supported, and stretched — not lost in a crowd. We work with truth instead of performance, real voices instead of polished masks. This is leadership for women as they actually are — whole, brilliant, emotional, powerful — not who the system has demanded they pretend to be.

Women who want to lead with truth, presence, and power — without abandoning their softness.
Women who are tired of people-pleasing, over-delivering, and waiting for permission.
Women who want to feel calm, grounded, and confident in their bodies and voices.
Women who want community — real community — not networking or performance.
Women who are done doing this alone.

If this is you, you already know.

Who is this NOT for?

People looking for a quick fix, a corporate leadership course, or a checklist of tactics.
Anyone expecting change without doing the internal work.
Women who want to stay comfortable instead of getting honest.
People who prefer theory to embodiment, performance to truth, or talking about leadership instead of living it.

This work is deep.
It asks something of you.
And it will change you — if you let it.

How much time will I need to invest in Women Who Lead?

  • 1 live sessions per week (~90 minutes each)
  • ~1 hour of implementation per week (practical exercises, reflection, or strategy work)
  • 2 optional live yoga and somatic sessions per month (to learn more about nervous system regulation and cyclicality)

We are creating a powerful container together, so we ask for your live attendance as much as you can. That said, all calls are recorded, so if you can’t make them live, you can catch up on your schedule.

This program isn’t about working harder—it’s about working with your energy, not against it.

By the time we’re done, you’ll have the systems, strategy, and clarity to lead with confidence—without burnout.

Will I lose access after a certain time period?

No, you won’t lose access. While the program runs for 12 weeks, you’ll have lifetime access to all the resources, recorded workshops, and materials from the course. Plus, you’ll continue to have access to live calls and webinars, ensuring you can revisit and build on what you’ve learned whenever you need to.

Can my company pay?

Absolutely — but most women self-fund because they’re done waiting for permission.

If you’d like reimbursement, we can provide a support letter.

I’m not a leader, VP, or Director. Can I still join?

No. You need desire, readiness, and honesty — not a job title. Women in this work range from emerging leaders to C-suite, united by the same internal shift.

What if I miss a live session?

Replays are available for every session — and the real transformation happens between the calls, in the conversations you’re having and the moves you’re making.

What if I am scared?

Good. Fear means you’re standing at the edge of your next chapter. You’re not supposed to feel ready — you’re supposed to feel called.
