How much time will I need to invest?
Each coaching session is 75–90 minutes, usually twice per month.
Between sessions, you’ll have optional reflective practices and integration prompts that take around an hour a week.
If you’re willing to make space for the work, the results ripple far beyond our time together.
Will I lose access after a certain time period?
No — all resources, practices, and templates shared during our work together are yours to keep.
If we work through a programme or framework (like Bloom or Women Who Lead), you’ll have ongoing access to the digital materials even after your coaching concludes.
Are there any other costs beyond the initial payment?
No hidden fees. The investment you choose — Power Session, First 90 Days, or Full 1:1 Coaching — includes everything: sessions, resources, and between-session support.
If you extend beyond your initial package, we’ll agree that together before continuing.
