Introducing the Sisterhood

The truth is, you don’t need saving. What you need is a community that sees you, hears you, and fiercely has your back. That’s what Women Who Lead is. It’s not just a leadership program; it’s a sisterhood—a purposefully curated group of bold, brilliant women who will inspire you, challenge you, and walk beside you as you step into your full power.

I’ve done so many courses and coaching programs, but none of them really give the opportunity for the kind of women network so many of us yearn for - even if we think we don’t want it. That’s why each ‘sisterhood’ is capped at 7 sisters. The size of an actual executive team.

How much time will I need to invest in Women Who Lead?

  • 2 live sessions per month (~90 minutes each)
  • ~1 hour of implementation per week (practical exercises, reflection, or strategy work)
  • 1 optional live yoga and somatic session per month (to learn more about nervous system regulation and cyclicality)

We are creating a powerful container together, so we ask for your live attendance as much as you can. That said, all calls are recorded, so if you can’t make them live, you can catch up on your schedule.

This program isn’t about working harder—it’s about working with your energy, not against it.

By the time we’re done, you’ll have the systems, strategy, and clarity to lead with confidence—without burnout.

Will I lose access to the course after a certain time period?

No, you won’t lose access. While the program runs for 6 months, you’ll have lifetime access to all the resources, recorded workshops, and materials from the course. Plus, you’ll continue to have access to live calls and webinars, ensuring you can revisit and build on what you’ve learned whenever you need to.

Are there any other costs beyond the initial payment?

No, there are no hidden fees. Your one-time (or pay-in-three) payment covers everything included in the program. You’ll have full access to all workshops, resources, and group coaching sessions without any additional costs.

I’m not a leader, VP, or Director. Can I still join?

What if I miss a live session?

Don't worry! All live sessions are recorded and made available in the members' area. You can watch them at your convenience and still benefit from the content and insights shared (although I encourage you to attend as many live sessions as possible. There are so many insights and so much magic you can gain from hanging with the Bloom crew!)

The Challenge

A team at Pfizer became aware that their team was working extremely hard and teetering on the edge of burnout.

When it comes to creating a culture where the team truly thrives, there are many things that a business could be doing, but often it is hard to know where to begin.

The goal of this project was to formulate a plan and address their concerns.

The Approach

We approached it in three phases:

  1. Discovery – a series of 1:1s with the whole team to understand what the real challenges were. We created a report with recommendations.
  2. Game plan – we agreed with the team on the right plan of action.
  3. Delivery – we delivered three workshops + 1:1 coaching to the team on:
  • Working sustainably and banishing burnout
  • How to communicate with confidence and influence
  • Team ways of working – how to create a culture where we all thrive
